Deogracias Tiong Garcia Jr., also known as "Dan" and "Junior," 77, of Waianae, a Marine veteran and retired Holmes and Narvers carpenter, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sheila; sons Edward Dikilato, Nathan Garcia and Henry Pilanca; daughters Joyel Valmoja, Regina Meleisea, Danelle DelMar and Quadra Carvalho; brothers Richard, Melvin, John "Johnny," Michael, Stephen "Pepe," Francis "Bobo," Bert and Leroy Garcia, and Danny Dikilato; sisters Conchita "Connie" Frame, Ruby Santiago, Shirley Ramirez, Arcenia "Tina" Williams, and Li-Ann and Charlemagne Garcia; 19 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. April 14 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Committal services: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
