81William P. "Peko" Kawelo Jr., 72, of Ewa Beach, a retired Halawa Correctional Facility employee and Bill's Handyman and Lawn Service proprietor, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Priscilla, sons William III and Shannon, daughters Lani Kawelo and Corinne Valdez, sisters Wilma Perrin and Clover Valentine, eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Private services.
