Elton Masao "Oni" Onigama, 64, of Aiea, a retired Honolulu Police Department sergeant, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Myong Suk "Sue" and sisters Lorraine M. Nishida and Jean Y. Nakagawa. Visitation: 10 a.m. April 17 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
