Richard Yasuo "Dicky" Izumi, 74, of Honolulu, a retired city mechanic and a Marine Corps veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sisters Mildred Uyeoka, Elaine Nakamura, Rumi Miyauchi and Maizie Izumi. Private services.
