Takeyuki Sugai, 85, of Honolulu, a state social worker and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by Masae, sons Wesley T. and Scott H., daughter Karen M. Coble, brother Richard and five grandchildren. No services.
