83Vene Luangraj, 72, of Waipahu, a seamstress, died in Honolulu. She was born in Vientiane, Laos. She is survived by husband Tong Malavong; sons Vieng and Thay Malavong, and Ronnie Luangraj; daughters Mani Malavong and Manida Taylor; brother Ounekham Luangrath; sisters Pat, Pim and Done Luangrath; and eight grandchildren.
