Alvin Y.S. Zane, 82, of Honolulu, president of Alvin Zane & Associates Inc. and an Army veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Mayette, son Darryl M.F., daughters Kim Sugino and Kareece Zane, six grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. April 23 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Private burial. Casual attire.
