Fook Hin "Ronald" Chong, 90, of Fairfield, Calif., a retired machinist and an Army veteran, died in Vacaville, Calif. He was born in Keokea, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Minnie, sons Wendell and Wesley, daughters Gwenn and Geraldine, brothers Allen and Dougy, sisters Gladys Heu and Mabel Ho, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Taoist services: 10:30 a.m. April 19 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Burial: 12:45 p.m. at Diamond Head Memorial Park.
