Katsumi Uyeoka, 89, an Army veteran and a retired state Department of Transportation right-of-way agent, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by companion Harumi "Susie" Molnaire, sons Scott and Derek, daughter Lauren Takaoka, brother Harry Michio and six grandchildren.
