William Pahowai Haalilio
April 2, 2016 William Pahowai Haalilio, 80, of Pearl City, a retired Army sergeant first class who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars, and a retired state Department of Health supervisor, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kona, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Harriet U.; daughters Deemae and Wendy Haalilio, and Shayna Mahuka; hanai son Rafael Rodriguez Jr.; hanai daughters LaVerne Caires, Sharon Kekua, Carol-Ann Rodriguez and Nicka Maning; brothers Arnold, Wilfred Sr., Jeffrey Sr. and David Sr.; sisters Charlotte Rodriguez, Nellie Takahashi, Jeraldine Rivera, Noreen Spencer, Jasmine Angeleo and Henri-Ann Nagata; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. April 20 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. April 21 at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
