73Janette May "Jan" Moon, 86, of Hilo, a silk artist, author and illustrator, died in Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. She was born in New Concord, Ohio. She is survived by daughters Sarah and Ruth, sister Caroline Leeper and four grandchildren. Celebration of life: 3 to 6 p.m. April 24 at Wailoa State Park Pavilion No. 2. Casual attire.
