Josephine Perez, 60, of Honolulu died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Robert and Keith Perez, and Stefon Lark; brothers Lawrence Torres and Joey Vellez; sisters Rita and Marie Torres, Sharon Malinao, Leslie Nichols, Valerie Simpson, Bobbie Vellez, Coral Diaz, Marsha Feliciani and Sheils Johnson; and five grandchildren.
