74Malcolm John Reed, 61, of Kapolei, a precast concrete fabricator, died in the Queen's Medical Center-West. He was born in Cheltenham, England. He is survived by wife Abbie "Kahula"; son Kana'ipono "Pono"; daughters Kristol, Kimberly "Kim" and Rain "Lii" "Kahula"; brothers Keith, Philip and Clive Kitchen; sisters Cora Hyatt, Shirley Payne, Rita Springer, Wendy Howe, Sylvia Ah Mook Sang and Sadie Farr; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. April 23 at 91-1120 Koanimakani St., Kapolei. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. Lei and flowers welcome. No wreaths.
