He is survived by sons Jet and Mokahi Kalilikane, and Makana Punahele; father Sonny M.; mother Suzanne M.; stepmother Cindy; hanai father Don Rockhold; hanai mother Leona Kekahuna; sisters Michelle Marie Mealoha, Maria Ann Haleakala and Mindy Ka'ohinani; brothers Kevin Christopher Punahele, Brandon Jose Kekoawiwo'ole, William Louis Kaimana, and Noah and Kimo Ke'eaumoku Mokahi III; and hanai sisters Chasity, Cheldine, Chenelle and Ona Kekahuna.
