76Charles Cosmo "Uncle Charlie" Rocchio, 67, of Honolulu, owner of Rocchio & Associates, died in Nuuanu Hale. He was born in Providence, R.I. He is survived by sons Christopher C.C. and Nikolas A., daughter Shannon R. Diaz, brother Joseph, sisters Carol Smith and Janice Seidel, and two grandchildren. Private services.
