75Helen Young Ing, 93, of Honolulu, a budget analyst for the U.S. Department of the Army at Fort Shafter, died in Hale Ku'ike Bayside. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughters Merrily Leong and Laurel Minagawa, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. April 30 at Borthwick Mortuary. Service: 10 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
