James Dollard "Jim" Moss Sr., 82, of Kailua-Kona, owner of Kona Communications and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Evanston, Ill. He is survived by son James Jr., daughters Patricia Butler and Karen Saunders, and three grandchildren. Service: 10 a.m. April 23 at Christ Church Episcopal, Kealakekua. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Christ Church Episcopal, Kealakekua.
