81Peggy Okumura Fukushima, 82, of Mechanicsville, Va., a retired Fort Shafter commissary produce manager, died in Mechanicsville. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Georgeen Gaza-Bulseco; son Raymond Jr.; daughters Roxanne Razo and Shari Tamanaha; sisters Barbara Okumura, Alice Nunogawa, and Karen and Evelyn Hosaka; brother Roland Okumura; and seven grandchildren.
