81Ramona Rivera, 69, of Hilo, a retired T&T Electric secretary, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by son John Montoya; brothers Vincent, Manuel Jr. and Marty Rivera; sister Didy Gonsalves; and a grandchild.
