Collin Nobuyuki Kasai, 72, of Pearl City, a retired Navy Facilities Engineering Command Hawaii welding sheet metal supervisor and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Florence, daughter Karen, brother Kenneth and sister Geraldine Morodomi. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. April 30 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Committal services: 10 a.m. May 2 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
