Edward W. Boteilho, 86, of Wailuku, an Army veteran, retired Civil Air Patrol lieutenant colonel and retired Kahului Post Office postmaster, died. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Anita; sons Greg and Paul; daughters Julie Puu, Bridget Blackwelder and Stephanie Tribel; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
