Howard Toshio "Pops" Nishimura, 92, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and retired City and County of Honolulu chief land surveyor, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Laura; sons Lennox, Russell and Tracy; daughter Lynette Fujimori; sisters Estelle Nakamoto and Marjorie Yoshioka; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. April 30 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
