Fred Chee Quan Lee, 91, of Honolulu, a retired safety inspector at the Navy Public Works Center and Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kim Ying; son Chester S.; daughters Christine P. Lee, Chiereen Hamamura and Cheryl P. Hamane; sister Katherine Young; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
