72Orville Magoon, 87, of San Francisco, retired coastal engineering branch chief for the Army Corps of Engineers Planning Division, a retired Guenoc manager, Coastal Zone Foundation president and Coastal Engineering Research Council vice chairman, died in Santa Barbara, Calif. He was born in Hawaii. He is survived by wife Karen, sons Marshall and Matthew, daughters Melissa and Mary, wife's son Aaron, wife's daughter Bridget, brother Eaton H.H. "Bob" Jr., four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitations and services on the mainland. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Orville T.
