73Chieko Nomura, 87, of Honolulu, a retired East-West Center secretary, died in Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Hanapepe, Kauai. She is survived by sons Scott T. and Glenn C., brother Robert Y. Hiraoka, sister Ruth Y. Ikebe, four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Private services.
