75Roberto T. Siu, 87, of Honolulu, a retired Sheraton-Waikiki Hotel chef, died in Honolulu. He was born in Lima, Peru. He is survived by sons Kuai Ching, Kwai Yuk, Kuai Cheong and Jorge; daughters Yuk Lee and Nelly; sisters Wai Fong and Mei Ying; and 12 grandchildren.
