Clarence Eiichi "Blackie" Takeuchi, 90, of Mililani, a retired senior administrator for the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands and an Army veteran, died in Hale Ho Aloha. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Sachiko O., sons Floyd and Gary, brother George, sister Agnes Ushijima and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. May 4 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
