83Ichiro Hirayama, 76, of Hilo, a retired state Department of Transportation Airports Division groundskeeper, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Kumamoto, Japan. He is survived by wife Mae, daughters Amy Hirai and Lynn Scott, sister Kuniko Tsuda and five grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
