72Lucia "Lucy" Santiago, 83, of El Paso, Texas, formerly of Omao, Kauai, a homemaker, died. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by daughters Stella Da Costa and Frances Allen, four grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. May 2 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery, Hanapepe.
