Kusunoki, brothers Donald N. and Jerald J. Akiyama, and sister Andrea A. Matsuda. Visitation: 5 p.m. May 4 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
