81Villamor Pamani "Amor" Blanco Sr., 70, of Waipahu, a retired Hale Nani Nursing Home groundskeeper and housekeeper, died in Waipahu. He was born in Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Minda; sons Roosevelt, Randy and Villamor Jr.; daughter Lorimei; brothers Arsenio and Wilfredo; sister Nenita Alvarez; and two grandchildren.
