Loisann Kehaulani Kaiwi, 67, of Anahla, Kauai, formerly of Kaneohe, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Michael "Mike" and Jeffery "Manu"; daughters Kehaulani and Sachiko Kaiwi, and Mapuana Pa; hanai daughters Sandy Shintani and Kendra Woodbridge; brothers Thomas, Leslie and Leighton Tilton; sister Lavern Smith; 11 grandchidren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 10 a.m. April 30 at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m.
