April 15, 2016 Hiram Malukeao Kahala III, 64, of Kahana Valley, Hawaii, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard rigger and an Army veteran, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He is survived by wife Charmaine; son Lyle "Baba"; daughters Annatashia "Anna" Kahala and Jonella "Joni" Kahala-Kalulu; brothers Moses "Mahi," Erwin "Anagan," Duke and Alex "Kanoe"; sisters Princess "Aka" Kahala, Queenie "Bella" Carter and Dutchess "Ipo" Malepe; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
