76Susana Saupan Concepcion, 74, of Waipahu died in Waipahu. She was born in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. She is survived by sons Richard and Rey Mario; daughters Rosemarie Celestino and Aida Lucero; brothers Ernesto, Francisco and Danilo Saupan; sisters Ines Peralta and Florencia Sabio; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. May 5 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
