69Emilia Piilani "Tomboy" Kipapa, 70, of Waianae died in Waianae. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons James P.M. Kipapa Jr. and Jesse McMoore; daughter Kaleo Sivia; brother Manuel K. Fernandez; sisters Julia Hoe, Lillian Serrao, Hazel Basuel, Marion Ioane, Charlotte Silva and Noe Pule; and 11 grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. May 7 at Maili Beach Park.
