84Cynthia Yoon Tai Jan Chang, 79, of Irvine, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a medical receptionist, homemaker and Avon representative, died in Irvine. She was born in Lahaina. She is survived by daughters Cheryl-Ann Lee, Claire Jan Chang and Celia C. Takahashi; brothers Albert Jr. and Alvin Jan; sisters Florence Ho, Octavia Young and Yvette Oishi; and eight grandchildren.
