Lance Masao Yamashiro, 83, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard electrician and a Coast Guard veteran, died in Kuakini Medical Center. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by mother Doris H. and sister Loretta Tsutsui. Private services.
