Asao Ogata, 95, of Pearl City, an Army veteran and retired Pearl Harbor Public Works Center inspector, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Ted and Ken, daughter Louise Funasaki, brothers Saburo and Jerry Ogata, sisters Nancy M. Arakaki and Alice Okamoto, and four grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. May 10 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 10:30 a.m. May 11 at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire.
