79Takeshi Matsuda, 90, of Lihue, a retired bridge maintenance supervisor for the state Department of Transportation's Highways Division, died in Garden Isle Health Care. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Steven and Randall, daughter Lorna Hebaru, brother Robert "To," five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. May 14 at Lihue Hongwanji Mission. Celebration of life: 4 p.m. Casual attire.
