76Eloise Shizuka Tagawa, 90, of Hilo, a retired accounts clerk for the former Hilo Quality Cleaners and a homemaker, died in Hilo Pohai Malama Care Center. She was born in Papaaloa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Darren and Miles, daughters Maxine Millard and Marlene Li, brother Dr. Haruto Yamanouchi and six grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
