David Charles Baxter, 74, of Honolulu, a pipe fitter, master mason and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Florence D.; sons John, Michael and David Baxter II, and George Jr. and Kerry Long; daughters Jeanine Tapusoa and Nika Long; brothers Robert and Thomas; and sister Carmen Castle.
