Ralph Louis "Bully" Ornellas, 71, of Honolulu, a state Department of Accounting and General Services district manager and an Army Reserve veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Kyoung "Chong," sons Daniel and Thomas, daughters Gina and Lori, brother Frank and 11 grandchildren.
