75Harriet Eiko Okuhara, 77, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Education special-education teacher at Keoneula Elementary School, died in Honolulu. She was born in Papaaloa, North Hilo, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Tammy Kajiyama, Robyn Wago and Jacqueline Bonifacio; brother Raymond Matsuo; sisters Jane Arakaki, Mae Nagao, Janet Shibuya and Maile Matsuo; and three grandchildren.
