82Ali'ikapeka "Rebecca" Alapai, 98, of Kapaa, Kauai, a homemaker, died in Garden Isle Health Care. She was born in Wainiha, Kauai. She is survived by sons Joseph Jr., Eddie and Duane; daughters Leialoha A. Kawamura and Kealoha Alapai-Rita; 15 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. May 19 at Kauai Veterans Cemetery. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Inurnment to follow.
