74Lucinda Joelle "Cindy" Dart Rengulbai, 62, of Waimea, a retired Hale Ho'ola Hamakua nurse and a private home health nurse, died at home. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by son Lance; daughters Felista Sanchez and Dana Rengulbai; hanai sons Arthur Jr., Teddy and Jason Akau; hanai daughter Krista Akau-Oscar; sisters Jojo Labrador and Darlette "Peewee" Miguel; and numerous grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. May 21 at Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Papaaloa Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire.
