PHILIP H. ROACH, JR. November 16, 1925 - April 28, 2016 Philip Henry Roach, Jr. of Kaneohe, Hawaii passed away on April 28, 2016. He is survived by his wife Charlotte, his children, David, L�on, Zite and Mimi, and his grandchildren. He was an architect, an avid racing sailor, a scholar and collector of Japanese woodblock prints, and served 40 years in the U.S. Naval Reserve.
