80Richard Yoshinori Arakaki, 81, of Honolulu, a state Department of Accounting and General Services building manager, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elizabeth "Liz" H.; sons Michael and Douglas; daughter JoAnne; brothers George J., Robert Y. and Franklin Y.; sisters Gloria Gomes, Patricia Ann Lau, Gail K. Arakaki, Sunday J. Ochi and Deborah S. Kawakami; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. May 19 at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Casual attire.
