He was a retired electrician from Kokami Electrical Service, Inc., and a U.S. Air Force veteran. He is survived by wife, Karen Kaoihana; son, Jason (Kimberly) Kaoihana; daughter, Shanelle Vallente; brother, William H. Kaoihana, Jr.; sister, Julia (Stanley) Young; 7 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. Visitation 5:30 p.m. Saturday (May 21) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; memorial service 6:00 p.m. Casual attire.
