72David Sadao Higa, 83, of Waianae, vice president of Robert Kaya Builders, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by wife Barbara Jean; sons David S. Jr. and Howard H.; daughters Brandi T. Higa and Cierra J. Kauhane; brothers Larry and Katsumi; sisters Kiyono Au, Mildred Tamaki, Lillian Kashiwabara and Esther Tanaka; eight grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
