77Patricia B. Chung, 73, of Honolulu, a retired pharmacist at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, died in Honolulu. She was born in Portsmith, Va. She is survived by son Charles, daughter Kanani, brother Stephen Butters and sister Francine Mauldin. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. May 21 at Honolulu Hawaii Stake Tabernacle, 1560 S.
